Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Course Access
- Upon enrollment, you receive lifetime access to course materials
- Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment
- All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment must be made in full before course access is granted
- We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, and bank transfers
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@aicloudops.in
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- No refunds are provided after the 7-day period
Intellectual Property
Course Content
All course materials, including videos, documents, code, and resources, are the intellectual property of AI CloudOps and are protected by copyright laws.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
- Share course content with non-enrolled individuals
- Use course materials for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile any software or tools provided
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials
User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Respect other students and instructors
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Not post spam, malware, or inappropriate content
- Not attempt to hack or disrupt our services
Certificates
- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
- Certificates are digital and can be shared on LinkedIn and other platforms
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates for fraudulent activity
Placement Assistance
For Master program students:
- Placement assistance is provided but job placement is not guaranteed
- We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with potential employers
- Final hiring decisions are made by employers, not AI CloudOps
Disclaimers
No Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
AI CloudOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of our services
- Update course content and curriculum
- Change pricing for future enrollments
- Update these Terms of Service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abusive behavior towards staff or other students
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
